Pros
One of the best places I have worked. Like a large family, growing a steady rate and will be the best mechanical contractors in the Carolina's. Lots of growth opportunity and family flexibility is outstanding. Management actually cares about people and are smart when it comes to business practices and future growth.

Older office building with little windows.

I really enjoy working at MCI, and I dont foresee that changing any time soon. I have a complicated home schedule, and MCI has been great at accommodating me. There is plenty of opportunity here. My boss encourages questions and learning about anything that can be answered, and really lets me control my own interests. Never a boring moment here!
Cons
It's a small office; but that can be a big pro too.
