      Pros

      Great work environment. Small enough company where everyone works together and is informed on all projects but big enough to take on big jobs. Sales doesn't go after more than we can handle; just enough for sustainable growth.

      Cons

      Raleigh office isn't as in the loop as the larger Charlotte office.
