Pros

I value the accountability to act like an owner. Everyone has a lot of trust placed in them, and their voices make an impact. This allows me to have a big impact on the company and my career.

Cons

I think Mechdyne can be more dynamic in how it adapts. In some ways it does this really well, but in others, like investing in fixed assets they are behind the curve. Mechdyne could improve by tightening it's approach to what services and solutions it provides, they lean heavily on being an open book that will do anything. This leads to a lack of specialization and expertise if not balanced out.
