Opportunities for growth are what you make them. The culture is the best of any company that I've ever worked for. Core values match my own. I can speak to anyone in the company about any issue. Doesn't have to be leadership.

Cons

As the company grows, the mindset needs to grow too. You can't have the one person wears several hats mentality. That burns out high performers really fast.
