Pros

I value the culture and people who work for Mechdyne. I value my future with Mechdyne as well - I see a lot of room for personal growth and new experience and I feel like I have a lot of control over my future here. It seems a lot better here than the companies and positions of my peers.

Cons

There aren't many aspects that Mechdyne could improve - the most improvement could be seen with flexibility with in where the employees can live and the ability to work from home.

A few things that I value most about working with Mechdyne is the flexibility, work life balance, my team feeling like a family, resources, ability to gain certificates, continuous learning, job shadowing, and being transparent with my coworkers.
