Pros

Hard work is recognized and appreciated. The people I work with are respectful and everyone gets along with very little drama. Opinions and ideas are listened to and not shut down.

Cons

Work life balance could definitely be improved on, as even the upper exec team can be seen working late into the night, on weekends, and while they are supposed to be on vacation. This can give teammates the impression that they are expected to do this as well.

The company is not trustworthy and nothing they say holds any weight. They do not pay well, they do not put any weight in longevity, they do not know how to operate in the Chicagoland market. They will let all of their talent leave and then wonder why projects don't go smoothly. Incredibly high turnover rate. No commitment to their teammates. They talk about culture but do not live up to what they say. The two top individuals in the company care about one thing and that's their pocket book at any cost. The hiring process is tedious and no matter how talented you are if you don't fall into their acceptable range on the hours of assessments you must do you will not even be considered.
