The culture of development and advancement is great. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. The team is made up of many great teammates and people who care about the work that they do.

Cons

Not really. Training and opportunities are great. Flexible work (WFH and the like) should continue. Benefits are average, not great.

Very flexable not having to punch in and out. Understanding if anyone needs personal time off. Fun at work and travels We have some great people that are always willing to help

Cons

Running out of space to work Get back to doing everything via the process, we take so many short cuts.
