Pros

Family oriented culture that is not overly bureaucratic. Human Resource issues get fixed very quickly. Pay is quite fair for the industry and they have no issues paying overtime when it is required.

Cons

Being a fast growing company, there are sometimes things that come up without a designated person to handle it until they find someone.
