Pros

Flexibility. Stable pay. Once a year bonus. Here and there OT. Good benefits.

Cons

They guilt you to treating the company as your first priority with no pay raise. Yearly review with only cents applied to your check. Never expect 1 dollar unless you move departments. Even then you get capped. Dead end, even when you move from dept. To dept. You have to make them your 1st priority even then you'll only see a new position open up if you have a friendship with upper management. To keep your mouth shut they gift you with gift cards and food.

Pros

Its a job, at least you’re getting paid but it’s really low. The lowest in the industry!

Cons

Low salary, unprofessional environment, no advancement, no degree required to work here except for LVNs, RNs and MD position ofcourse.
