      In-patient Nurse CM

      Pros

      People are friendly and lots of food. You wont starve.

      Cons

      1) Pay is super low for Nurse CM as RN and lvn pays the same as a CM. 2) there is no training process. Less than 15 pages of word document is not considered a training book. 3) work is overloaded for one person with little pay 4) overtime has to be explained in an essay form. But they are short staff so what do you expect. 5) not everyone is crossed trained on cases. that is why people are overworked

      Pros

      Truly building a top-down company culture of family values. Competitive pay, well located, good benefits, huge growth in recent years. Executive team has been with the company 15+ years. Family owned.

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward mobility. Senior management is very set, many have been with the company for 10+ years. Executive team has been with company for 15+ years. Some inconsistency with regards to treatment/company culture across departments.
