Pros

Working from home, benefits not prohibitively expensive. My managers have been basically decent, but they don't control promotion or pay.

Cons

Have been with them approximately 15 years, no promotion. Have watched all my original coworkers either be promoted or resign. Am making the same salary as I did 20 years ago and I must continually educate myself. Constantly getting new accounts which slows down my production.

Nice to work from home. Like doing transcription. Benefits are good.

Cons

They laid off management people. Pay is low. Expectations for quality and production are too high.

Pros

Good coffee at Norcross office.

Cons

Terrible pay. Management clueless about software development. Constant changes in direction. An entire division is convinced that systems should be built using PL/SQL. Seriously.
