      Pros

      Benefits and co workers are great staff has there moments here and there. Ok company they make money higher ups get it more then any

      If you work for them for a while you can get away with alot more someone who has under 6 years is a pessint. No room to grow

      Good atmosphere, but doesn't care about employees

      Pros

      The supervisors were helpful and made it clear they were always there for you.

      Cons

      The inclement weather policy blatantly says they don't care about patient advocates or the inbound call center. The fact that those employees are expected to come to work regardless of how much snow is on the ground is both unsafe and unrealistic. They also don't care about employee wellness.
