      Average pay. Nothing good to say at all.

      The VP in the Philippines lacks empathy. All she cares about are numbers. They ask and ask for you to do more but compensation is stagnant. No care at all for employees. We had a townhall with the onshore CEO and our VP in PH filtered all the questions before he arrives. It was all controlled. No opportunities for growth. I got an exceeded expectation rating in my annual review but I only got a $20 dollar monthly raise. Imagine that?
