Pros

Jackie McKechnie (team lead) is the only good thing about this company.

Cons

This place is honestly AWFUL. I took this job as a new graduate desperate for a job and money. NOT WORTH IT! This place is horrible! The pay sucks - $15.25 an hour for temp employees and $15.75 for permanent employees. THERE ARE NO BENEFITS. This is a glorified call center. It is cold calling multiple people all day long. They have a point system - yes like you are back in grade school. If you are late, you get a point, If you leave early, you get a point. If you call out sick, you get 2 points. If you reach a certain amount of points, you get a warning, then a final warning, then fired. There is no PTO or sick days. They say they convert everyone to permanent employees BUT ONLY if you are scheduling a certain amount of patients each day - which is HARD. They very obviously play favorites. They will send out emails to specific employees offering them overtime but will say "do not tell anyone about this email"....sketchy. The management is AWFUL. No one cares about you as a person. They just want you to benefit the company, and if you aren't doing a good enough job, then they punish you. They send out everyone's stats EVERYDAY to the entire department so anyone and everyone can see how any employee is doing. Your lunch has to be exactly 30 minutes, and if you take longer than 30 minutes they question you about it. You have to keep a tracker on all the cases you work - but it's mostly used to see how long you take with each case and how long it takes you to move from one to the next. If you have more than a 3 minute gap between cases, they question you. EVEN FOR BATHROOM BREAKS. The phone and computer systems are constantly shutting down and acting up which then impacts your work, BUT the management doesn't see it like that. They see it as you slacking. DO NOT WORK HERE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BABYSITTING OR WORKING AT A RESTAURANT. IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

I should have listened to the reviews

Pros

When I first started working here I looked at the reviews for the company and I said I will give them the benefit of the doubt because you make the workplace. But damn I should have listened to these reviews! The company is so weird! They say they've been around for over 15 years but the don't have anything put together. The so called team leads don't even know what to do half the time so you're stuck trying to figure out how to respond to the adjuster or nurse case manager.

Cons

They are so unorganized and need to learn about the company themselves. All you need is a degree and you can work here. In order for this company to ever prosper you need to have some background in the medical field because if you don't you're not going to know what the hell you are doing
