      I really love the people I work with. The job can be stressful but at the end of the day, I feel very supported by the team

      Really flexible with time off/understanding about leaving early or starting late.

      Cons

      Popularity contest. All young employees, like being at high school. Fire people left and right without notice. Cycle in temps, and can't keep up with the work. High stress and low pay.
