- extremely micro managed - the male supervisors in the customer advocate department are short and suffer from little man syndrome - most of the female supervisors in the customer advocate department only talk to you depending on if they like you or not or how they feel for the day - if you kiss the supervisors behind they will most likely like you - pointless weekly meetings, especially since everything they say for the week will change by the next day - supervisors play favorites - cliquish - getting a million emails a day - high turnover - people leave every week - not paid enough and appreciated for the amount of work/metrics to meet - no growth in the company unless your a favorite - CEO has these meetings talking about how much million and millions of dollars they are making and how much they are expanding.Meaning an increase in work load. No mention of salary increases or anything for the people who do the actual work. Turned me off.

You don't get paid your worth. I worked there for over a year and had two different positions. And over the course of this time I only got a $0.33 raise. I asked my supervisor to do another review of my work performance, he agreed to it, months passed but it never happened.
