      You can pick your start time, every month there is an opportunity for a performance bonus, and you can work from home on Fridays per your performance.

      The office plays favorites and there is a lot of inconstancy with work flows.

      Pros

      Short work day. The Schedule was only 8 hours a day. The day went by fast. That is about it.

      Cons

      There was no real training when I started. They had "training" but it was very fragmented and disorganized. The team leads have authority issue; they talk condescending towards you. The managers played favorites. Every day there was a meeting about the ongoing procedural changes that didn't make any sense. That place was so counterproductive. They tracked your every move---they will notice when you go to the bathroom and ask why you were in there for so long. The team lead tracks your breaks. I felt like I was in the military; I quickly resigned.
