      This company is very poorly managed. Employees are promoted for the wrong reasons. The team leads are condescending and full of themselves.

      I have to say that my favorite thing about working at MedRisk is the fact that everyone is SO approachable and friendly.... even the C Level. I have never felt that I couldn't ask a colleague for help when I needed it. Another wonderful perk is that we have a casual dress code! We get to wear jeans and even a nice pair of sneakers if we'd like to.

      Cons

      The lack of parking has started to become an issue. Building management and MedRisk management is working to fix the issue so I see this "con" dissolving in the near future.
