Best place to work if you are interested in a career vs just a job. Management is always looking for the next leader as the company continues to grow.

Cons

More parking is needed and future room for growth in the building itself.

It's a great working environment and if you can get in while your young it's even better. Upper management does everything they can to help work around your schedule and truly shows passion and cares about each and every one of you. The team leads are very nice and helpful and just want to see the company succeed

Cons

I believe we should be getting more pay with the expectations they bring to the table.

Cons

Call center job, angry patients, doctors, adjusters, missing information that you are responsible for finding, sometimes what you are supposed to do is completely unclear High scheduling expectations per day Your performance stats are emailed out daily for entire staff to see and compare
