      Pros

      The ONLY pro with this company is the flexibility with work/life.

      Cons

      There are so many to list here... The culture is by far the WORST and is only getting worse. MedRisk puts up a front that they care about there employees but in actuality they do not and only talk about everyone behind there backs! Everything is fly by the seat of you pants. There are no processes.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay Great benefits Overall younger employees, great for first job out of college Lots of other activities outside of work (volunteering, softball, etc)

      Cons

      Horrible training, outside the customer service dept. They are not equipped with proper trainer type mentors, they just sit you with someone to do the job and I guess you learn through osmosis Lots of fake leadership Worst con of all, they always advertise new openings, but 99% of the time, it's a lateral move (they will make it sound like it isnt) there is no real "promotions"
