Fellow Employees would do anything for you and Flex Hours

Cons

Underpaid, underappreciated, undervalued. They expect you to put in 12 hour days for pennies. Empty promises. They push down our throats how successful we were last year but keep all the $ at the top.

Many employees do the best they can in a bad environment. It is middle management and the employees that keep the doors open.

Cons

Many have personal agendas. Very poor people management. Sr Management only care about how the bottom line is perceived to the outside world. IT is a total mess and should be redone. IT only deals with fires all day and has NOT made innovations in quite some time. They deceive customers about how robust and technically savvy they are while developing what would not pass the most basic internal audit. It is all smoke and mirrors.
