Great people, has a system in working the tasks and with excellent tools. A lot of co-workers specially seniors are very willing to teach you the process. Great leaders.

Cons

There are some supe who are willing to fight for team members that they only like and just let others resign if they don't like them personally and let the quality ops grade their work poor even if it's disputable.

- supportive team (trainings, assistance in work) - you can apply for PTO easily without questions

Cons

hybrid work setting WFH worked before but they keep on making this hybrid setting work. Some BPO companies are already at permanent WFH. Why not make the RTO setting based on the employees technical difficulties and whether they want to work on site.
