- Supervisors and colleagues are approachable - Good work-life balance. You don't have to worry about work-related matters outside of office hours - Options to work from home

Cons

- The productivity goals can be unrealistic at times. You are expected to work 60 tasks in a given day. This is hard to achieve especially if the tasks assigned to you are time-consuming and challenging. Some colleagues would sacrifice quality for the sake of hitting their productivity
