Work from home, Great 401k

Cons

It is a call center position....Performance metrics are awful, you can perform and even exceed expectations, but if you "cough" or "sneeze" without muting the call with a client, it can prevent you from promotion. They expect you to act like a robot and focus on all aspects of job performance that do not matter at all. Turnover is extremely high due to this. I opted to leave the position due to limited growth opportunities

Pay is **ok** at best

Cons

Micromanaging, hovering managers, no raise in pay even though increase in responsibilities. Expected to take calls over and over again like a robot, very strict about breaks or downtime between calls.

I wish there was an option to have no pros.

Cons

There is inconsistency and gaps in the training process- the training could last two weeks or two days just whatever they’re feeling like that day. There is no room to grow within your department or the company as a whole. Management micromanages everything. The pay given is offensive and way below the national average. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone.
