Pros

I mean the food in the cafeteria was good.. and the occasional person who I helped felt good.

Cons

This is a tough and oppressive work environment. Management was brutal and seared my medical information to all other staff members, leaving me feeling embarrassed and humiliated. It was so rough at this company and they are severely micro-managing. All the hard work PA's put in and team leads would be sleeping at their desk! The day was often grim and people on the other line could be cruel. Trying your hardest was met with a bitter and bleak response, in the form of indicating you could always do better. As painful as this job was atleast they bought you Panera... nevermind the rugged, inhuman, burdensome team leads who think they are sitting on a thrown while they strike you with a hypothetical whip to make more calls!!!! She did 40, you do 45!!! Then the uncomfortable meetings taking points from you if you didn't say, "please" twice on an excruciating call. The best thing that ever happened to me was leaving this place. Point 👉 Blank 👏 PERIOD✌️ now I make 10 times more money, I am happy, no one is watching over me, I create my own schedule, and no one is following me to the bathroom. Yeah, don't work here.

Spare Your Mental Health

Pros

Free food, nice holiday party. (No actual pros relevant to the job itself though...)

Cons

This is one of the worst jobs I've ever had. This place is a joke. They do not accommodate disabilities and HR is all platitudes and no action behind their words. Please, find something else, I don't want anyone else getting sucked into this place and spat out like I was. -EXTREMELY quota driven, you will get fired for not making your quota, and they make sure you don't forget it. They let me go even after I explained a personal mental health situation that was adversely affecting me to HR. They did nothing to help. -Constant micromanagement and being treated like a child -Horrific points system that doesn't account for the fact that life happens. They don't accept doctors notes and any absence gets you "points". Which, of course, no surprise, they fire you if you accrue too many. -I worked in two departments, neither of which I enjoyed very much. The work is very very dull and repetitive, and you'll never know if what you're doing is right or not. The workflows seem to change every day and the team leads/management doesn't have a clue and will all give you different answers. The "coachings" are a joke and don't actually help you learn what you're doing wrong. QA is also the same. I even fought them on some of the "mistakes" I made when reviewing my audit, and they deferred and said they weren't actually my fault. Whether at home, or in office, this job was awful. Did a number on my mental health, then they coldly fired me without providing me the proper resources to have succeeded in the first place. Definitely a colossal nope from me.

Terrible Company

Pros

You can learn skills to take to other jobs such as data entry & Microsoft Office Suite. Other than that there are none.

Cons

I have worked for this company for two years. I have worked my way up to a team lead, but each day is misery. I'm not allowed to make any decisions or write any emails without management's approval. They watch everything you are doing to the point you can't even take breaks during the day. No matter how hard you work nothing is ever good enough for them. Upper management has meetings and uses profanity while on zoom calls. They talk bad about the reps behind their backs. I could write a book. You will be micromanaged and deal with head games if you work here, especially in management. This place is unethical internally and externally.
