Pros

You will definitely get the job, they were always short-staffed with crazy amounts of turnover.

Cons

It was a call center customer service role. Bad pay, customers were unhappy with the workers' compensation healthcare system overall so you get to be on the receiving end of all of that misery all day. The business model has clear incentives that are not in the best interests of patients but they try to spin that. Corporate was patronizing and rather than a reasonable pay increase or bonus as incentive, every now and then they would have a "pizza party".

Most of the people are nice.

Cons

The amount of work and expectations do not match the pay. The company is predominantly run by people of color but upper management is all white and it shows.

Most of the positions are now and will remain remote This position has 'flex time' which allows you to vary your start time reducing the need to use PTO
