they are actively downscaling in the states and replacing everyone with people in India. poor amount of pto with sick time and vacation lumped together for 2 weeks total. Toxic leadership in 3 years i never got a raise unpaid but expected on call.

Pros

It is honestly difficult to think of any good things to say. The experience was pretty awful overall.

Cons

Unrealistic quotas that had no real importance but were demanded. The managers were condescending and rude. Management trained employees with a negative reinforcement mindset. They used a point system for absences and lateness. Working for MedRisk reminded me of a dysfunctional and toxic high school environment.

Pros

When they did hire people in the US you were able to work from home which was nice.

Cons

They hardly want to promote anyone internally, no longer hire for many roles in the US, and weeding US reps out by making our goals much higher so we will get in trouble or leave. Management will make you feel like every issue you bring up means you hate the company or your coworkers.
