Cons
- outsourcing to the Philippines and growth opportunities for those in the US are gone - pay is pretty low - senior management (executives, VP, etc.) clearly have no idea what the desk level reps do and what the job really requires and clearly don't care at this point - executives are making it clear that they will be outsourcing to the Philippines and slowly pushing out US employees including lay offs and only promoting or offering positions to reps in the Philippines - ZERO growth opportunities if you are in the US now - more supervisors in the Philippines than in the US now and they have no idea what they are doing - keep promoting people in the Philippines who know very little and have very little experience over those in the US who have been there for years, have way more experience and much more qualified
