Pros
Although my experience with this company was not the best, the pay is good for this market There are performance-based incentives as well.
Cons
Unfriendly work environment, a lot of gossip amongst employees and managers, little to no training after initial training. Once you advance or if you decide to change departments as you are expected to perform the job well immediately. Within a week of my transition, I asked my supervisor three times for additional training before I had to finally reach out to her supervisor to get help. I would never recommend this job. day to day work is very dull and gets boring very quickly.
