Pros

Great people to work with ... very friendly and very smart. CEO is very nice and knows her employees ... you want to work for her.

Cons

Unless you're a new grad, this is not the place for career advancement. Raises are limited for everyone. There's a lot of smart people there, but the company is very tentative regarding think-out-of-the-box ideas. Much effort has been placed on building company culture, but fun and games won't win people over. Employees need to feel wanted and be paid for their hard work. Use the money for fun and games and compensate employees instead.

Pros

Alot of the employees are young. Being kind and friendly to the right people will get you far. The environment is friendly although you'll come across a few sour characters. The company has a few nice things they do to show appreciation.

Cons

There is no handbook/ instructional tools to learn your job. It's all done by word of mouth. Snow does not stop the show! Medrisk will not close on snow days even during state of emergencies. They force you to use your time off even when they do close.
