Pros

Short work day. The Schedule was only 8 hours a day. The day went by fast. That is about it.

Cons

There was no real training when I started. They had "training" but it was very fragmented and disorganized. The team leads have authority issue; they talk condescending towards you. The managers played favorites. Every day there was a meeting about the ongoing procedural changes that didn't make any sense. That place was so counterproductive. They tracked your every move---they will notice when you go to the bathroom and ask why you were in there for so long. The team lead tracks your breaks. I felt like I was in the military; I quickly resigned.

Pros

Contemporary building, business provides ample work tools, beautiful lounge, friendly atmosphere, positive overall.

Cons

Unless you are willing to stick it through, so to speak, and advance up the corporate ladder through hard work and perseverance, the call center positions can be dead-end jobs, micromanaged and lacking good pay. Those who stay fiercely positive and work the hardest will succeed.
