Paid training ~ 1 week and a half

Cons

Call center job, angry patients, doctors, adjusters, missing information that you are responsible for finding, sometimes what you are supposed to do is completely unclear High scheduling expectations per day Your performance stats are emailed out daily for entire staff to see and compare

Pros

Positive environment, fast paced, great colleagues, good place for people who are self-directed learners -- meaning, able to see what is going on around you, proactively learn from it, and contribute to it. Accessible senior management. Great offices. Young professional type environment but good mix of generations. Professionalism, smarts, and energy are really valued here, and overall, the best most positive environment I ever worked in. Culture taken very seriously.

Cons

Growing pains ..... management needs to figure out how to keep up with its own growth. A good problem to have. Systems seem to be having more problems than usual. Too many people expect fast advancement.
