      Good Company but no growth opportunity

      Pros

      Job is easy once you learn how to do it. Company provided free bagels once a month and always had coffee available.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunity, no morale, unrealistic expectations, manager was incompetent, hours were horrible, and low pay.

      Pros

      The people...I really like the people that I work with. They do their best to try to keep employees engaged like: monthly happy hours, first Fridays bagels from Panera Bread, treat yourself Tuesdays, and other stuff like raffles and games.

      Cons

      The unrealistic quota. They have high expectations for advocates to hit an unrealistic quota daily while maintaining great quality, and still help/shadow/train people.
