If you are an established professional, DO NOT consider working for Medrisk. This place was run by awful leadership. Judging by the recent reviews, not much has changed from 2011 to now. Favoritism , lack of decent systems or process still fueling this company. You see bum leaders thrive and good people leave. The years working here were the most stressful of my professional career.

Despite women comprising 80% of the workforce here we are still treated as second class citizens. Yes the company was founded by a woman, who then sold her company to a man. Way to help dismantle the patriarchy. Benefits provided are minimalistic, at best. The lack of sick days forces employees to burn through paid time off, or incur points that lead to being fired.
