Billing for Adventhealth is a nightmare

Pros

Medsrv tries to make this a nice place to work by offering fun and beneficial things to employees.

Cons

However, the company we bill for does not demonstrate good practices( being dishonest about fees and often charging for services not rendered and even patients that were not even seen for the DOS they are charged for) and the patients are already reasonably upset by the time they speak to a rep.

I worked for this company 19 years and I didn’t realize how toxic it was until I went to work somewhere else. The company pay is very low and workload is triple what it should be. The HR department is a joke it is run by a bunch of narcissistic entitled family members. You are bullied and not appreciated and their turnover rate is out of this world.
