We encourage all of our team members to carry our core values for their fellow teammates and show empathy and support for one another as we continue to help provide the best care for our patients. We are glad to see increased conversations around mental health and wellbeing within the profession. Compassion fatigue, anxiety, and stress are real challenges in the veterinary profession, which is why we've thoughtfully assembled a holistic benefits package that includes a confidential Employee Assistance Program, Employee Relief Fund, free access to Headspace and Talkspace, and more. Many of our hospitals also offer wellbeing rooms for our teams to decompress.
