We strive to provide a great experience for our clients as well as our team members. This includes fostering an inclusive and team-based environment as well as developing a training program alongside our career services framework to provide our team members with clear growth opportunities within our organization. We have also worked to improve the work-life balance of our team by recreating our schedules, allowing more flexibility with time off requests, and providing wellbeing support such as free subscriptions to mental wellbeing apps. We work hard to ensure our team members are healthy and happy and are always looking for new and better ways we can improve this experience. We always encourage and welcome thoughts, suggestions, and ideas from team members. We are concerned by your comment that there have been charges for services that were never rendered. Although charging mistakes can happen, we utilize a double-check system as well as a random auditing system to ensure our charges are accurate and fair. If you feel that any charges were made in error, please reach out to a member of our local leadership team to investigate further so that we can make it right.

Pros

They have great benefits. You get 160 hrs of PTO to use immediately. Benefits after 90 days and an employee pet discount after 90 days. And $100 scrub allowance per year.

Cons

The biggest con is there's not enough staff on 3rd shift. To the point where there's only one RVT, one DC and one Doctor in the entire building. Your supposed to get an hour for lunch and 3 10min breaks but it's impossible because there's no staff. This happens several times a week. The RVT's are seriously over worked and under paid. I've personally worked 23hrs straight. This pertains to 3rd shift only.

We continue our focus on internal training opportunities along with strategic recruiting to attract the best and most skilled talent in our field. Additionally, we have resources available to employees to help offset burnout, such as our mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge. We are always looking for ways to further innovate and improve so that team members do not feel over extended.
