Pros

The clients are amazing! Doctors are super helpful

Cons

All around a very difficult company to work for. Can't move up unless you work there for 40 years. No raises, bonuses or incentives. Managers are NEVER there. None of them care if there is a problem in the work place. People who have been there for 20+ years are over everyone and act like you're trash.

We appreciate your feedback. We understand the challenging demands in the veterinary profession at this time and are committed to developing and maintaining a culture of wellbeing in our hospital. We want to ensure our teams can navigate the challenging emergency and specialty veterinary medicine space and encourage employees to make their mental and physical health a priority. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge. PTO is granted to full time caregivers on their very first day of employment, meaning PTO is not accrued, but rather can be accessed immediately. Additional recourses available to employees include mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. We encourage you to always reach out to your local management or HR Partner to voice any concerns you may have.
