Great Opportunities for Growth & Learning

Pros

Just started in March. So far it’s been a great transition. The Continuing Education supervisor checks in with me about once a week to see how my training is going. There’s a calendar schedule on what you’ll learn each week. There’s support from every department. There’s also room for growth and development if you’re motivated and eager to learn.

Cons

Occasionally short staffed but I feel like it’s a constant problem in this profession that will take time to solve.
