If team members feel uncomfortable in any situation, local management, our HR partner, and regional management are always available and interested in understanding these issues and working on a resolution. We take our team member satisfaction and engagement seriously. We work hard to ensure our team members are healthy and happy and are always looking for new and better ways we can improve this experience. We encourage and welcome thoughts, suggestions, and ideas from team members. The last few years a lot of work and effort has been put into analyzing job descriptions, role assignment, and fair pay within our geographic area. We are excited to have introduced the clinical supervisor role to our hospital to better support our teams. These team members work directly with their teams to support them and manage the shift.
