Pros

Diverse group of employees and a lot of knowledge within the company. Some positions are work from home which is a huge plus. Management and coworkers are supportive and usually available to help or to run ideas by if you have questions or just need another opinion.

Cons

Collaboration and communication between departments needs to continue to improve (it is better than it was in the past but still needs improvement).

Pros

The company continues to grow and new positions are added regularly. The management team makes every attempt to promote from within and recognizes employees for their hard work and diligence. Most employees can work remotely (from home). This is a huge benefit as it saves both time and money that would be spent on commuting and other costs associated with going to an office. This allows me to have more family time and better work/life balance.
