It was a rollercoaster, but I loved it!

Pros

The work, the co-workers, the clients were amazing! There was always plenty of change which kept it interesting.

Cons

While I personally get energized by change, the constant change of top leadership and reeducating them on what the company actually did got to be exhausting. Always fighting a battle over little things that didn't matter at the end of the day. But, the pay, benefits and ability to work remotely helped make up for it.
