Worst experience of my career. Pulled a bait and switch on me shortly after starting and set me up for failure. Training is nonexistent; it’s fend for yourself and they’re quick with the write-ups if you mess up.

Cons

Uses Teramynd surveillance software. Will work managers to their breaking point. 50hrs/wk is "meeting expectations" to them. You will get written up if you speak your mind, you will get written up if one of your direct reports completes 99% of their daily work rather than 100%. Makes it seem like they are trying to force out any manager who advocates for their team or is looking for a reasonable work-life balance.
