Not much to say here. If your desperate, they are indeed hiring.

Cons

Leadership is pretty vile. They openly break basic employment laws regularly with no regard. They treat employees extremely poorly. Work loads are impossible and feedback is delivered with name calling and in front of peers. It’s just a matter of time before they get sued and waste all of their investor money paying out settlements.

The pay was good at the start

Cons

Toxic management that will get rid of anyone who speaks up in dissatisfaction, regardless of performance. They send PII offshore for licensing, They will overwork you and not help when you ask. They will steal your work, threaten you with legal action if you don’t delete your own notes, then take credit for your ideas. The management doesn’t listen to employees NO 401K available!!!

Remote work, pretty good people, decent mission.

Cons

Terrible leadership at the top, constant turn over over management, every team is overworked except maybe eng and product. Unrealistic expectations given to bad customer fits. The cs team is expected to work miracles with customers who are constantly upset. It’s a glorified support role with the pressure of CS. All communication through slack, constantly being asked to manage other departments with little to no executive backing.
