Pros

The people here are super kind and friendly and extremely ambitious! There is ample opportunity to grow your career and get to work on a bunch of different projects!

Cons

As with any startup environment, it's not for everyone. There are lots of changes made often. You have to be willing to shift priorities and be flexible if you want to succeed here.

Pros

The fact that is 100% remote is only the tip of the iceberg with Medallion. With VERY reasonable and some FREE options for health/vision/dental, not only do they strive to take care of their employees but it is obvious they care to make sure that their employees thrive in these hard times. It has been a dream working here, as I joined with no experience- that did not stop them from allowing me to build my knowledge and grow from within the company. Once monthly the company does a small video with everyone throughout the company joining just to see where the company is as a whole. I have never quite experienced working for such a great company in my life.

Cons

There has been lots of changes that happen throughout the company- but what else can you expect with a startup company like Medallion is?

Pros

They truly care! They listen! They offer lots of opportunities! Great Health Benefits! No micromanaging! They have patience and will work with you! The Medallion platform that we work on is phenomenal! I can go on and on about the great things. But what truly stood out to me is them wanting and allowing you to be open and honest about what is not working and listening to your opinions on what could make it better.

Onboarding and Training is not long enough.
