The team environment, the work culture, the compensation, the PTO and benefits package.

Cons

Its a start-up so there are some hiccups, but the leadership team is open to hear about new ideas and ways of thinking that could improve work flow.

- I've had two different managers and both have been exceptional - they are invested in my professional development and provide me with opportunities for advancement - Opportunity to learn about a unique aspect of healthcare - WFH and no office!

Cons

- Some roles have experienced high turnover, which makes long-term planning challenging
