Very organized. Received everything I needed prior to my first day. Everyone was available for questions and so quick to respond.

Cons

Remote work is always a bit tricky but nothing the company is doing wrong. I'm impressed with how streamlined they made the process. Hardly any hiccups.

Pros

Medallion is a true start up environment. Able to bounce ideas directly to senior managers and VP's. CEO is very involved with sales workflows and making sure every aspect of the organization is running smoothly. Love that there isn't 'one way' to do your daily duties. As long as you're performing and hitting goals, you have the freedom to operate based on what works best for you. Great tech stack at your disposal. Great benefits, choice of health plan, dental, vision. L&D stipend. Remote laptop and accessories are provided.

Cons

Commission is paid out every quarter instead of monthly based on % to goal.
