All the employees are smart, hard working, and strive for success. Great company culture and attitude towards work and life. Metrics were clear from the start. Growth was talked about from day one.

Company culture - people I work with on a day-to-day truly inspire me to be my best, and overall great work environment! Company/team offsites - love working remote but also love being able to get that in person interaction with my team CEO - has a true passion for disrupting the healthcare space and always willing to jump in whenever needed. Very transparent about company goals/direction company is headed Autonomy- working at a startup is hard work but you're truly getting able to make a difference which is personally motivating/inspiring and i'm trusted to get my work done without being micro-managed. However, support is always there. Mission driven Company - everyone is truly working together for the mission of the company and it shows, great work environment and company to be a part of.

No cons - Truly love working here and hope to continue for years to come!

I love working for Medallion! Everyone is so friendly, hardworking, and really wants what's best for the company. They are so flexible with time off which I really appreciate for a good work-life balance.

Cons

I personally can't think of any cons! The only thing I can come up with is sometimes you don't get to know your coworkers as well on a personal level but that comes with any remote job!
