Amazing Place for Engineers

Pros

Medallion is an extremely fast-paced, collaborative, and driven organization and the engineering department is no different. This is an excellent place to work if you want to take ownership of end-to-end processes and develop an advanced skillset. Everyone is talented, friendly, and motivated.

Cons

I haven't encountered any cons so far. But it's good to keep in mind that this a startup with a fast-paced and driven engineering organization.

I love working at Medallion. The people are great, the benefits are fantastic and the company is growing rapidly. I have a lot of faith in the leadership team. They are very transparent and care about creating a culture that's healthy and supportive. The product is strong and the whole team cares about creating something that is going to drive change and have a positive impact on the healthcare industry.

Cons

Like any startup, there is a lot of work to be done but the company is very fair with work/life balance.
