This is one of the most unique companies I've ever worked for. It's a great environment to develop good team chemistry and build business relationships. The employees are a huge pro to the company. Great people. A lot of employee perks - Unique building - Lots of PTO, 25 days a year. - No dress code - Free breakfast every Monday - Free lunch every Friday - Free break bars, coffee, juice, and soda every day The company also throws great events for the employees, happy hours, family park days, dodgeball, movie nights, etc. I enjoy my job and how the company tries to take care of the employees.

Cons

- No clear path for advancement. - Regular communication on the company's future plans would be ideal.
